How long does it take for my books to be delivered?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international shipping, depending on your location.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If you receive a book with printing defects or transit damage, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery through our 'My Orders' section.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.

Are the books sold on ArihantBooks original editions?

Absolutely. All titles sold on our platform are 100% authentic, original editions sourced directly from our printing facilities and authorized distributors.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order directly from the dashboard as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
